Our experience was far more exceeded our expectation. The team operations from your side was smooth & ensure everything was okay. The ambience overall is just lovely. The intimate wedding that both of us have always envision came true. Through out our experience from the start when we wanted to do our wedding in ballroom singapore till the end there was 0 hiccup & we really want to say a huge thank you. We also appreciate the transparency from you guys. As we know, wedding business was effected this last two years due to covid, we appreciate that you guys did not try to upsell us an unreasonable pax like 500 pax unlike other vendors did & follow the regulation that was given. We had second discussion to see if there's anymore add ons that we wanted which I also appreciate.
Food wise, it was amazing. I asked around & Alhamdullilah some people cant stop talkimg about how good the food is & complimented on the vadai & mutton soup & the briyani. We were really looking for a wedding venue that serves good food because & the end of the day the guests will comment more on the food Alhamdullilah we were happy that most people love it. Even asking for more
Overall, we were happy and thankful that everything went well. The decorations & the chandelier just look classy. Gonna thank you each one of The Ballroom Singapore for accomodating couple like us that want small intimate wedding with family with a grand decoration & also affordable.

The Ballroom has an elegant design which caught my eye. Not only that it has an indoor toilet which is easier for guests to access as it is all in the vicinity, but the toilet is also wheelchair friendly. It also has a prayer room for guests to pray. The pricing wise is also affordable. Overall I think the Ballroom is an amazing venue and I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.
The part I loved most about the Ballroom was the food as I think it was delicious. The roasted leg of lamb that I choose was amazing as it was well cooked. The dessert was also delicious, I'm satisfied with my choice of choosing the Ballroom!

Alhamdullilah. The event went well, overall we are very satisfied with service of the ballroom for example; serving of food to the guest and also for us.The check in using the safe entry for the guest went well and smooth too. Everything was in order and the crowd was manageable with the assistance of ballroom staff. Most importantly the feedback that I get is the food. The guests are happy and satisfied with it. Well done!

Thank you so much for the amazing experience, in terms of excellent and top notch hospitality like serving the guests, ensuring that they are were served well of their portion, being very approachable and professional on that day and helping in many ways like when directing the guests to their tables to even helping the vendors when photo taking.
The cards, the deco and the experience, on top of the food provided (Quantity and presentation), were just wow. We had many invitees informing us how good The Ballroom was!!
There was one staff who was on the lift and guiding guests. When I first came in for my Nikah and waiting there, he kept on coming and checking on me whether I was okay and if he can help with anything. I really really appreciate that on such a big day. Really touched by him.

Had my wedding at Ballroom SG in March 2022. Honestly saying, I never regret my decision to engage them for my Big Day. Everything was perfect; food, deco, Emcee. Alhamdullilah all went smoothly and & my picture turns out beautiful, thanks to their lighting and setup of the place. Ada tempat solat skali. semuanya lengkap.
Their services engaging with guests pun tiptop! Most favourite will be the lamb that i opt for bcos I'm a lamb lover & not to miss out their biryani and desserts. Mashaallah!! Sedap taw! The positive feedbacks from family members were overwhelmed. Rindu nak makan lagi sebab dah craving teruks ni hehes All my enquiries were answered promptly. They are very patience when answering them. They gave their best suggestions/advises as my wedding falls during the high number of covid cases and restrictions.
Highly recommended to get them bcos they never disappoints you & ensure everything is up to a standard. Thank you soo much Ballroom SG Kalau ada buat event that involves selling of your nasi briyani, bilang tau! Hahaha
